• Semi-detached villa with PRIVATE swimming pool for exclusive use. Upstairs there is another apartment that will not be able to use it.
• Private swimming pool active from March to November 12th;
• Tourist tax is paid at the property € 0.50 per night per person;
• 4-legged friends are NOT allowed;
• A deposit of € 900.00 will be required and will be returned on the last day if there are no damages;
• Check-in: from 4:00 pm; Check-out: by 10:00 am;
• Possibility of charging electric vehicles;
• Bed linen and towels are extra and optional and you can rent them or provide them yourself;
• Upon request it is possible: Baby cot and seat, transfer service, car rental (request it at the time of booking).
