THE TERRACE is a semi-attic apartment in a villa with a private terrace, located on the 1st floor

The space :

• Covered terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and deckchairs;
• 1 Double Bedroom;
• 1 Bathroom with shower (shower height approximately 1.78 cm);
• Kitchen / Living room with 2 single beds;
• Storage room;
• Outside Shower.

Beds:

• 1 Double bed;
• 2 Single beds.

More info:

• Tourist tax is paid in the structure €0.50 per night per person;
• Semi attic structure. Shower in the bathroom suitable for heights of approximately 1.78 cm;
• Check-in: from 4.00 pm; Check-out: by 10.00 am;
• SELF CHECK-IN. You will enter completely independently following the entry times;
• 1 Private parking space inside the residence;
• Possibility of charging electric vehicles;
• Four-legged friends €50.00 (ask for confirmation);
• Bed and bathroom linen is extra and optional and you can rent it or provide it yourself;
• Upon request it is possible: Baby cot and seat, transfer service, car rental (request it at the time of booking).
